AvidXchange and its Bank Partners deliver AP Automation solutions to their shared clients; supporting efficiency, digitization and strategic value enhancement through a white-glove servicing model. As an Account Manager at AvidXchange, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with Bank Partners and their existing clients utilizing our AP Automation services. You’ll be responsible for driving adoption, satisfaction, and growth of our automation solutions, partnering with internal teams to optimize the customer experience. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding the unique payment needs of complex companies and delivering solutions that align with their strategic business goals. Client satisfaction drives product usage and increased value for all stakeholders across these relationships. Engaging strategically at the right levels of these organizations will be crucial to the overall success of our Bank Channel program.
