We are expanding our footprint in Texas and seeking a Sales Professional to join our team. Requirements

  • Proven Hunter Mentality: A history of successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing profitable new logos.
  • Customer Rapport: Demonstrated ability to build rapport with large customers and earn and retain their trust.
  • Sales Methodology: Familiarity with and a preference for a recognized sales methodology (Sandler, Challenger, Miller-Heiman, MEDDIC, etc.).
  • Collaborative Skills: The ability to work cooperatively with all Erling departments and business units.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, PC, and social media communication skills.
  • Experience: Prior success in selling capital goods to senior executives in the "C" suite is a valuable asset.
  • Proven results in finding, qualifying, and closing profitable new logos.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively towards meeting business objectives.
  • Persuasive communication skills (verbal, written, PC, and social media).
  • Successful completion of background, motor, and drug screen investigations.
  • Valid Driver’s License, Insurance, and a clean driving record with a reliable vehicle.

Nice To Haves

  • At least three years of success selling Capital Equipment projects to senior executives.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, qualifying, and closing new business customers.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new logo customers.
  • Addressing customer concerns collaboratively with our team to ensure resolution.
  • Actively participating in the ongoing improvement of the sales process.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with other departments and business units for exceptional sales results.
