We are looking for an Account Manager based in the Midwest to help accelerate our next phase of growth. This is a consultative account management role focused on helping freight forwarders modernize the way they purchase, quote, and book freight while expanding adoption across our growing portfolio of SaaS solutions. You'll own a geographic territory, develop relationships with new and existing customers, increase eBooking adoption, and introduce solutions that improve productivity, reduce manual work, and help customers grow. You’ll use your keen listening skills to deeply understand customer workflows and find natural opportunities to upsell and add value with our different tools. Through a mix of virtual sales, local field sales, and smart prospecting (like outbound calling and social media), you’ll help us find new partners and take great care of our existing ones. If you have a background in both virtual and field sales, love the logistics space (especially LTL, Air or Ocean), and are driven to grow, we’ll provide all the specific on-the-job training you need on our products and SaaS ecosystem to set you up for success.
