About The Position

The Account Manager provides operational and service support for complex insurance programs serving single and multi-family office clients. Working closely with Account Executives, carrier partners, and internal service teams, this role supports timely and accurate program administration and contributes to a consistent, high-quality client experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in insurance servicing, account management, or a related insurance role preferred.
  • Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain within an established timeframe, where permitted by law.
  • Knowledge of personal insurance coverages, policy administration, carrier processes, and billing practices.
  • Experience supporting high-net-worth, ultra-high-net-worth, Family Office, or similarly complex insurance programs preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and agency management systems.
  • A collaborative approach to working with colleagues, clients, carriers, and business partners.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • A commitment to accuracy, responsiveness, and high-quality work.
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to support the servicing and administration of Family Office accounts.
  • Process policy endorsements, coverage changes, renewals, cancellations, and other servicing requests.
  • Coordinate billing inquiries, premium payments, carrier follow-up, and related account servicing activities.
  • Prepare and distribute insurance documents, including auto ID cards, certificates of insurance, evidence of coverage, and policy-related materials.
  • Review policy documents and endorsements for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with renewal preparation, coverage comparisons, underwriting submissions, and carrier communications.
  • Monitor and coordinate outstanding underwriting requirements and policy deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate and timely account documentation within agency management systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and carrier partners to support account servicing needs and operational excellence.
  • Support Account Executives in identifying opportunities to enhance insurance solutions and services within existing client relationships.
