About The Position

The Account Manager, Amazon supports EssilorLuxottica Wholesale’s ecommerce growth by executing account plans with Amazon, agency partners, and internal teams. The role uses sales and shopper data to improve forecasting, assortment, content, promotions, inventory, operations, and the brand experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–5+ years in account management, sales, ecommerce, merchandising, marketplace management, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting Amazon 1P business through Vendor Central
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong analytical, project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Amazon Ads, retail media, or agencies
  • Background in fashion, optical, luxury, premium, or consumer products.
  • Knowledge of Amazon retail fundamentals, digital merchandising, and the online shopper journey
  • Ownership and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily Amazon account management, meeting cadence, action plans, business reviews, annual planning, and key initiatives.
  • Prepare performance updates with risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Partner with the Sales Analyst and eCommerce leadership on budgets and quarterly forecasts.
  • Track sales, traffic, conversion, inventory, and sell-through; use insights to recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with Amazon, agencies, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Legal, and Brand Protection to execute account commitments and resolve issues.
  • Work with Demand Planning and Supply Chain to maintain availability and in-stock rates.
  • Monitor purchase orders, shortages, returns, and chargebacks; escalate material risks.
  • Support assortments, replenishment, launches, seasonal programs, promotions, and major Amazon events.
  • Coordinate imagery, A+ Content, Brand Stores, taxonomy, ratings, and reviews in line with brand priorities.
  • Coordinate promotional calendars and media execution with Brand Marketing and agencies.
  • Review campaign results and support pricing integrity, authorized distribution, content accuracy, and brand presentation.
  • Communicate priorities, timelines, and results clearly to Amazon, partners, and eCommerce leadership.
