About The Position

Join Natural Factors as an Account Manager and become the driving force behind our natural health brands in the field. You'll build authentic relationships with health food retailers, grow sales for our Natural Factors and Assured Naturals product lines, and make a genuine difference in how people access quality natural health products. This is a road-based role for a self-starter who thrives on connection, loves the wellness industry, and is passionate about doing business the right way — with sustainability, integrity, and purpose at the heart of everything.

Requirements

  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively, including occasional weekends and air travel.
  • Previous sales experience in the natural health or wellness industry, with knowledge of key brands and competitors.
  • Excellent communication skills — confident presenting, skilled at negotiating, and reliable in following through.
  • Strong self-management ability to independently plan travel, manage expenses, and stay organised across accounts.
  • Solid computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) and a professional approach rooted in integrity and respect.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and promote Natural Factors and Assured Naturals products to health food retailers, meeting and exceeding territory targets.
  • Open new accounts and expand existing ones by identifying opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
  • Educate retail staff on our products and coordinate in-store demos, events, and trade show appearances.
  • Support customers with merchandising, inventory management, and order facilitation including credits and returns.
  • Maintain territory records and submit regular reports, adhering to company SOPs and safety policies.
