About The Position

The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training. As an Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily security operations for a large-scale facility operating 24/7 security coverage totaling approximately 1,800 hours per week.
  • Responsible for leading a team of Security Officers and Shift Supervisors while ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, staffing stability, and compliance with post orders and site procedures.
  • Supervise and develop Security Officers and Shift Supervisors.
  • Conduct coaching, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain high visibility with both employees and client leadership.
  • Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer service.
  • Lead by example in a fast-paced operational setting.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Effectively communicate with and motivate employees ranging from entry-level staff to experienced professionals and retired veterans.
  • Foster an inclusive, team-oriented work environment that promotes professionalism and operational consistency.
