About The Position

HULK is an oilfield services company focused on creating advanced cable protection systems for the production sector, including ESP cross-coupling systems and downhole tools. The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for customers in North Dakota, Wyoming, Utah, and Colorado, focusing on developing partnerships, identifying customer needs, and ensuring their success with HULK's products. This role requires a strategic thinker, relationship builder, and sales closer who can effectively communicate with clients and internal teams to address customer challenges.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in operations/sales or 3 years in oil & gas production experience.
  • Experience selling technical products.
  • Proficiency in lead generation and management, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Strong influence and persuasion skills for effective presentations and deal closing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Keen eye for detail and logical, analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
  • Must reside in Denver or the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically develop alliances with potential and existing customers to increase sales and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all levels within client organizations to become a trusted advisor.
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas through a data-driven approach.
  • Identify new sales opportunities across product lines and convert leads into loyal customers.
  • Uncover customer challenges and propose effective solutions from the product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, engineering, finance) to deliver exceptional client solutions.
  • Travel to customer locations to foster connections and close deals.
