Requirements

Experience in a Manufacturing Environment a plus!
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP Environment Experience)

Responsibilities

Maintain relationships with large customers.
Track customer orders throughout the production process, manage inventory accounts, and communicate finished good amounts.
Make suggestions to both client and internally to management for improving business.
Communicate information regarding products, proformas, invoices, POs, and final payments with assigned customers.
Develop strong working relationships with management, peers and clients.
Ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Document data and customer information in a way that is helpful when solving customer or company problems and anticipating/avoiding future problems.
Help create effective long-term policies and procedures for your team/department.
Ensure effective communication between teams (Lab, Warehouse, Quality, Sales, Account Management and Managerial teams).
