Position Summary The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to efficiently oversee and lead a designated portfolio of larger accounts. This entails actively managing client relationships, addressing their unique needs, and ensuring their satisfaction through personalized attention and tailored solutions. The Account Manager is also responsible for serial production growth as well as customer forecasting. By effectively coordinating internal resources and employing exceptional customer service skills, the Account Manager plays a vital role in nurturing these accounts and fostering long-term partnerships. This role will be based out of the White Bear Lake, MN office, but require traveling to customer sites. Domestic and international travel could be up to 20%.
