About The Position

This position is responsible for servicing existing clients and welcoming new customers to the agency while establishing a rewarding career with unlimited potential. The ideal candidate should be a goal driven individual who appreciates a small office and a fast paced work environment. Candidates must be motivated to provide excellent customer service, have outstanding communication skills, work well on a team and work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Willing to obtain PA Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License within 15 Days
• Willing to obtain PA Life Insurance License within 30 days
• Must be comfortable using a computer and tech-savvy
• Positive Attitude
• Excellent Communication Skills
• High Attention to Detail
• Ability to remain focused and strive to provide outstanding customer service

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with policy questions and endorsements
• Handle new customer onboarding and follow agency processes
• Field inbound calls and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Confidently prepare quotes and present insurance products
• Communicate with managers and coworkers in a friendly & professional manner
• Follow all company rules and regulations
