About The Position

Resume Target, an industry leader in professional resume writing, is looking to hire an Account Manager (Inside Sales) to their growing sales division. He or she will be responsible for selling, promoting, and advocating the company’s resume writing services to prospective customers. As an Account Manager (Inside Sales), he or she will be handling a high volume of incoming calls with no cold calling required and will report directly to the Director of Operations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in an inside sale and or high-volume call center environment
• Strong listening skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Pass success in a high-volume call center environment
• Ability to be successful in a dynamic, flexible, and continually changing environment

Nice To Haves

• University degree is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume incoming inquiries and calls
• Promote and sell professional resume writing services based on the customer’s specific qualifications and needs
• Work with new customers to manage the full onboarding process and all registrations
• Maximize customer engagement and experience by collaborating with the support team and follow proper procedures when addressing any customer’s inquiries
• Monitor and capture all relevant information via CRM to track opportunities and calls
• Meet daily KPIs and can manage up to 50 calls per day
