About The Position

The Account Manager will manage and develop assigned accounts while supporting the operational aspects of ASPN Pharmacies HUB programs. This role involves onboarding and implementation of new programs, leading client meetings, creating and maintaining program business rules, and building strong client relationships. The Account Manager will liaise with internal teams to enhance the client experience, ensure timely delivery of solutions, oversee KPIs, and manage client deliverables. Responsibilities also include reviewing contracts, managing projects from requirements to execution (including budgets and timelines), contributing to brand activities, and participating in internal/external meetings. Regular attendance, adherence to company policies, and a professional demeanor are critical. Working outside core business hours and some travel may be required. Compliance with HIPAA is mandatory.

Requirements

  • New Jersey Office ONLY: Must be registered with the State of New Jersey Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician. Must successfully complete the ASPN Pharmacies New Jersey Policies and Procedures: Assessment.
  • Nevada Office ONLY: Must have Nevada Pharmacy Technician License. Technician Trainee License, issued by the Nevada State Board of Pharmacy is permitted only for internal candidates striving to obtain their Nevada Pharmacy Technician license.
  • Arizona Office ONLY: Pharmacy Technician License (requires national certification by PTCB or ExCPT), or Technician Trainee License, issued by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy.
  • Pennsylvania Office ONLY: Must have Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician License.
  • Remote Workers: Must be registered as a Pharmacy Technician with both their home state Board of Pharmacy and the Board of Pharmacy in the state where their assigned office is located.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, and communications is required or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ yrs. relatable experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • 1-2 years’ account management experience required.
  • Must have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills as well as stellar verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess and maintain professional demeanor and courteous attitude at all levels.
  • Reliable and consistent attendance is required.

  • Experience with medical benefits is a plus but not required.
