About The Position

AlphaGraphics Marietta is a growing print and visual communications company specializing in digital printing, sign production, and graphic design. We are seeking a sales professional to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this position are to increase Company sales by converting inbound leads/prospects and growing sales with existing clients while providing world-class customer service. Compensation for this position is both hourly pay + commission.

Requirements

  • Has a proven record of customer service, project management and sales.
  • Knowledge of printing, design and signs are a plus.
  • Computer savvy, enjoys marketing, business communication and design.
  • Has ability to build, secure and maintain customer’s trust and confidence.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and curious disposition is a great fit for this position.
  • Strong analytic, written and verbal skills.
  • Professional appearance is required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to leverage social media, CRM and technology.
  • Project management and B2B marketing skills are helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Gains a thorough knowledge of all AlphaGraphics products and services, production processes, capabilities, and pricing.
  • Recruit new clients and retains existing customer base while expanding our production offerings.
  • Communicate with customers and/or prospects confidently via phone, email and face to face.
  • Exhibits strong time management skills, detail oriented and organized.
  • Works well within a team environment and independently.
  • From initial engagement to completion, ensures all clients have a positive business experience.
  • Consults with customers to help them make decisions; up sells when there are opportunities.
  • Provides feedback and recommendations to client's projects, helps them see new possibilities.
  • Creates job estimates that are prepared in a timely manner, professionally presented and carefully reviewed for job pricing and accuracy.
  • Routinely resolves customer inquiries and addresses any issues immediately.
  • Displays necessary mastery of Point of Sale application to effectively create, price and communicate customer projects.
  • Follows up on customer leads as needed.
  • Maintains a proactive response to potential client concerns and contacts the client before a problem is encountered.
  • Continuously seeks improvement through process, capabilities and feedback.
