About The Position

Crestone Services Group is looking for an Account Manager who understands the utility construction world and enjoys building relationships that turn into business. This role is for individuals with years of experience in utility construction, such as Estimators, Project Managers, or Superintendents, who are ready to leverage that knowledge in a role where their experience opens doors instead of managing projects daily. The Account Manager will develop new business with utility, telecom, broadband, renewable energy, and infrastructure clients, meet with owners, contractors, municipalities, and decision-makers, build long-term relationships, and close new opportunities. This role involves partnering with the Estimating and Operations teams, where the Account Manager wins the work and the other teams deliver it.

Requirements

Experience in utility construction, telecom/fiber, civil, or infrastructure
A background in Estimating, Project Management, Superintendent work, or Business Development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The confidence to talk projects, costs, schedules, and solutions with clients

Responsibilities
