Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a digital, web, or creative agency environment.
- Proven experience managing 15+ active client relationships simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of SEO, content marketing, social, PPC, retargeting, and analytics.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Ability to confidently lead strategy discussions with C-level clients.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using metrics to guide decisions.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
- Willingness to meet clients in person when needed.
- Relentless attention to detail and follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Own client communication. Be the go-to point of contact for your clients, building trust, setting expectations, and keeping everyone aligned.
- Lead strategy and execution. Develop, oversee, and refine multi-channel marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Analyze and report. Track campaign performance using key analytics tools and translate data into clear, actionable insights for clients.
- Drive growth. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and scale within client accounts.
- Collaborate and coordinate. Work closely with our SEO, content, paid media, and creative teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Lead initiatives. Spearhead new marketing projects and client initiatives from concept through completion.
- Stay ahead. Keep your finger on the pulse of digital trends, tools, and emerging platforms and bring fresh ideas to the table.
