As an Account Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers using our Bank in a Box platform. You'll help customers get the most out of our products through training, support, and relationship management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of customer service, account management, or sales experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Comfortable working across multiple screens and systems.
- Detail-oriented with a technical mindset.

Responsibilities
- Conduct online customer training through Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Respond to customer questions and provide outstanding support.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Tech Support, Marketing, and Accounting teams.
- Identify opportunities to provide additional value and solutions to customers.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Assist with additional projects and tasks as needed.
