Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in client coordination or claims management, OR a high school diploma and 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • A valid license to practice in this field.
  • Strong communication skills—you can explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • A willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • A passion for building relationships and solving problems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and their risks are managed effectively.
  • Be the go-to person for day-to-day account management, helping clients navigate their insurance and risk management options.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and coverage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Meet clients and build connections.
