The Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and retention within an assigned portfolio of existing customer accounts. This role focuses on nurturing long‑term relationships, understanding customer needs, expanding product adoption, and identifying opportunities across our full suite of data center services including colocation, cloud, and managed services. The successful candidate will have a proven history of successfully managing and expanding customer relationships and must demonstrate strong communication, strategic account planning, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
