Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service/account manager experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
• Ability to problem solve proactively
• Ability to create strong relationships
• Understand and use basic office equipment
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Identify additional opportunities for current customers and partner with the sales team
• Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent service
• Collaborate with sales, production, and scheduling
• Collaborate as needed to ensure proper art
• Organize, enter, and maintain data regarding client artwork, items, raw goods, finished goods, inventory, compliance, pricing, and other relevant information
• Attend customer visits and department/company meetings as required
• Participate in the CAPA team process for corrective and preventive action
• Support customers through pricing, proposals, shipping/receiving, and billing
• Participate in the NPSS (New Product Specification/New Part Approval) process
• Support other account managers and the sales team as needed
• Additional duties as assigned
