About The Position

Travel Leaders Network, a prominent seller of luxury travel, cruises, and tours, is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary strategic liaison between the network and its Preferred Supplier Partners. This role is crucial for developing and leading integrated marketing strategies that boost supplier sales, maximize ROI, and achieve revenue goals for both Travel Leaders Network and its partners. The Account Manager will own supplier relationships, annual marketing planning, campaign performance, and growth opportunities, working closely with an Account Specialist for tactical execution. The goal is to ensure marketing investments align with business objectives, deliver measurable results, and increase partner revenue, awareness, and advisor engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or equivalent (required)
  • 5+ years post-college marketing experience
  • Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally 5-10%
  • Self-motivated with the strong initiative to work independently
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, complex partnerships and large program budgets
  • Must be extremely organized and able to work on many programs simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Exemplified development of creative programs that deliver on business goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication and/or sales skills with a variety of audiences
  • Computer skills, including knowledge of Smartsheet, CoPilot, Microsoft Office, word processing, database and spreadsheet software

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary strategic liaison between Travel Leaders Network and assigned Preferred Supplier Partners, including Cruise, Tour, Resort, Destination, and other land partners.
  • Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies that drive supplier sales, maximize ROI, and achieve revenue goals for both Travel Leaders Network and its partners.
  • Own supplier relationships, annual marketing planning, campaign performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner closely with an Account Specialist who manages tactical execution, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ensure marketing investments align with business objectives, deliver measurable results, and increase partner revenue, awareness, and advisor engagement.
  • Work with the Industry Relations team to receive contracted marketing funding/terms.
  • Create and develop Preferred Supplier Partner annual marketing plan to increase exposure, educate drive awareness and sales.
  • Guide and direct an Account Specialist who manages the tactical execution of some of the marketing plans.
  • Monitor and adjust marketing activities; continually review programs and suggest improvements throughout the year as deemed necessary to maximize network sales for Preferred supplier product.
  • Lead and direct marketing campaigns while working with internal marketing team members to direct tactics through the creative and operational process including print, email and online tactics.
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns and track ROI.
  • Work with Creative Team members (Designers and Copywriters) on the development of creative marketing materials for all respective supplier and destination partners.
  • Engage with other Marketing Account Managers to develop and execute marketing initiatives to enhance Destination partnership campaigns or multi-supplier themed campaigns.
  • Responsible for all communication of programs to internal teams and Members to ensure engagement and support including extranet updates, training calls, direct mailings, email communication and more.
  • Work with the Director of Destinations and Director of Lifestyle Marketing Programs to secure and manage preferred destination and product supplier partnerships.
  • Handle all Agency/Member inquiries regarding Preferred Supplier Partner products and promotions.
  • Execute multiple marketing plans (10+) simultaneously.
  • Obtain budget amounts and manage all facets within the revenue/expense parameters.
  • Compile final budgets; produce program analysis and performance recaps for partners.
  • Other duties as assigned.
