About The Position

We are an established staffing company expanding to Clarksville, TN and we need help building our team. Apply to be our next Account Manager!

As an Account Manager with us you will be responsible for seeking, establishing, and maintaining new customer relationships focusing on temp to hire staffing! You will communicate consistently with the companies and recruiters on your team to fulfill the customers’ needs.

Please note - you will be involved in high volume recruiting, as we currently have many orders to fill

Requirements

• 2+ yrs. of Account Management experience in a related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Strong experience working with a team and delegating responsibilities.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficient knowledge and experience with account management software. (Salesforce, Zoho)

Responsibilities

• Create and establish long-term relationships between the agency and a business/client.
• Provide and negotiate staffing contract to clients.
• Manage each account you acquire by communicating with your team of recruiters and the account.
• Oversee your portfolio of clients.
• Develop new leads by seeking hiring opportunities with old and new clients.
• Prepare payroll and hiring reports.
• Be proactive and anticipate clients’ needs when it comes to their hiring qualifications and goals.
• Navigate day to day with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Perform other duties as needed.
