The Account Manager will manage assigned clients and their stores by planning, briefing, monitoring, and executing marketing campaigns aimed at driving conversions and sales. This role involves managing the client-agency relationship, developing and executing marketing strategies, handling client communications, writing client reports, and communicating client needs to the internal team. The goal is to assist clients in meeting their revenue goals using the company's products and services. The Account Manager will report to the Head of Account Managers, Account Managers’ Leads, and the Service Director, while collaborating with other departments. The primary mission is to maintain good client relationships and ensure products and services deliver results. This includes generating innovative campaign ideas, monitoring performance, and maintaining productive communication. The role also involves leading teams of Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers’ Associates to ensure smooth campaign execution, including outlining campaign calendars, briefing new campaigns, delegating creative work, and overseeing timely delivery.
