About The Position

Fiscal.ai is a leading research and data platform for capital markets. Combining a powerful research Terminal with modern APIs, Fiscal.ai is building the modern financial data company. The firm has raised $13M in venture backing and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada. With thousands of customers and millions of end-users through their API offerings, Fiscal.ai is building the premiere financial data company in the AI era. This role is based in Toronto and requires a minimum of three days per week in our office.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience: Proven track record in Account Management or Customer Success within B2B SaaS or Fintech.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed renewal targets and expansion (upsell/cross-sell) quotas.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex data architectures and API integrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable leading presentations and negotiations with senior-level decision-makers in the financial sector.
  • A self-starter who doesn't wait for a ticket to break to call a client, but rather hunts for growth opportunities constantly.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working within or selling to Capital Markets is a significant advantage.
  • Deep understanding of financial data, investment workflows, or the fintech landscape.
  • Established relationships within asset management, wealthtech, or institutional trading firms.

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new revenue by educating clients on specialized data services and API capabilities that complement their current stack. Own the cross-sell and upsell motion.
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring high retention rates and securing long-term commitment from the customer base.
  • Build and maintain deep-rooted relationships with key users and C-suite decision-makers across asset managers, hedge funds, and financial institutions.
  • Lead regular, high-impact business reviews to stay aligned with client goals, surfacing insights on how Fiscal.ai can support their shifting strategies in the AI era.
  • Maintain a meticulous record of account health, contract dates, and expansion opportunities to ensure accurate forecasting and seamless internal collaboration.
