About The Position
Otis is seeking an Account Manager to cover the Greater Cleveland territory. This role reports to the General Manager and is responsible for maintaining a portfolio of customers through excellent customer service and account management, with an additional focus on selling incremental repair projects. Requirements
- Business or technical degree, or completed training as a technician or technical business administrator.
- Preferred relevant prior work experience.
- Initial experience in the sale of technical service agreements requiring consultation.
- Strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills.
- High level of commitment and reliability.
- Target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers.
- Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries.
- Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
- Use Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results.
- Conduct sales negotiations and close deals.
- Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues.
