About The Position

Pioneer Circuits is a leading, privately held U.S. manufacturer of innovative high-performance flexible circuit boards, dedicated to the design, production, and assembly of advanced printed circuit board assembly (PCBAs) technology solutions. The Account Manager plays a critical role in managing communications between Pioneer Circuits and its customers, handling quotations, order management, delivery status, and overall customer development, while continuously striving to improve company performance and customer service.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher or comparable industry experience
Proven track record of analyzing and devising solutions to complex situations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents (due to ITAR-controlled facility)

Nice To Haves

2 years of experience in account management, production control, quality assurance or related field
Working knowledge of the Printed Circuit Board industry

Responsibilities

Builds and maintains key customer relationships through networking and high-quality service resulting in sales.
Monitors flow of customer product from quotation through delivery.
Works proactively with customer and production to track status, provide real time reports and support for on time delivery.
Provides prompt and effective assistance to the production team by addressing inquiries related to purchase orders (POs), following up with customers, and resolving any issues to ensure smooth production and delivery processes.
Prepares reports and communicates actions to all stakeholders.
Prepares and leads content for customer meetings.
