About The Position

Scalian is an international engineering consulting and digital transformation company with more than 6,000 specialists across 12 countries and over 35 years of expertise. We support clients in the aerospace, defense, rail, energy, and high-technology sectors by providing innovative solutions and highly skilled talent. We are currently seeking our future Account Manager, based in Montreal.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, account management, recruitment, or a related client-facing role
Proven experience recruiting technical, engineering, or highly skilled professional profiles
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and business development skills
Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, proactivity, and a results-driven mindset

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the engineering, technology, or consulting industries (an asset)

Responsibilities

Actively participate in the recruitment process of new employees in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition teams
Identify, screen, and recruit specialized consultants to meet our clients' needs
Build, develop, manage, and retain your own team of consultants
Monitor consultant assignments and ensure both client and employee satisfaction
Manage and oversee your own profit center (P&L), including achieving growth and profitability objectives
Serve as the primary point of contact between Scalian and its clients, developing and maintaining long-term trusted relationships
Understand clients' business challenges and technical requirements in order to propose the most suitable solutions
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts while identifying new business opportunities
Prospect and develop new client relationships within targeted industries
Participate in the preparation of commercial proposals, contract negotiations, and business agreements
