About The Position

As an Account Manager at Reach, you’ll own the success and growth of a portfolio of global ecommerce merchants. You’ll build trusted relationships, help clients optimize their checkout and payments experience, and drive long-term revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering closely with clients, working across global teams, and turning strong relationships into meaningful business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management or merchant success (ecommerce, FinTech, or payments)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience working with global clients or distributed teams
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
