About The Position

Accurate Personnel is hiring an Account Manager for its Fort Worth, Texas team. The role is responsible for understanding client staffing needs and recruiting a pipeline of candidates to fill open positions. The Account Manager educates candidates about available roles, screens clients and candidates to ensure positions are filled according to specific requirements, and documents interactions with clients and employees. The position may also involve client visits and job fairs, as needed, and interviewing, hiring, and managing a candidate pool in accordance with company policy. The role pays $24–$26 per hour, depending on experience, with weekly pay and bonus-earning potential. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional overtime. The position is based in Fort Worth, Texas. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of EEO policy.
Strong organization and multitasking skills, including the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is preferred.
Ideally, 1 to 2 years of experience in the industrial staffing industry.

Responsibilities
