About The Position

Triad Electronic Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Program/Account Manager with circuit board assembly experience to join its collaborative team. The role centers on managing customer relationships and account performance, growing business, monitoring financial results, and coordinating operational processes for electronic components and assemblies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, program/account management, or engineering within the electronics manufacturing industry, with an emphasis on circuit board assembly.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across functions.

• Experience in a metric-driven environment and understanding of financials.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships in the electronics industry, gather feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to exceed customer expectations.
• Drive account growth by identifying opportunities, developing expansion plans for electronics manufacturing needs, delivering quotes, and tracking progress.
• Monitor and manage account financials, including pricing, NWC utilization, and P&L performance, to mitigate risks and improve profitability.
• Track KPIs, solicit customer feedback, and drive improvements to support optimal account performance.
• Handle customer concerns, process orders for electronic components and assemblies, manage change orders, and oversee RMA procedures.
