About The Position

U Trust Insurance is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Vancouver, Washington. In this role, you will work with existing clients, help manage account-related requests, and support smooth communication between clients and internal departments. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a structured office environment. This position is on-site in our Vancouver office.

Requirements

• Experience in account management, customer support, or another client-facing position
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
• Russian/Ukrainian language proficiency

Nice To Haves

• Insurance industry background preferred
• Willingness to receive P&C insurance license is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and support existing client accounts
