About The Position

S&K Building Services is growing fast and is looking for driven, competitive, relationship-builders ready to fuel that growth as an Account Manager. This role is for individuals who thrive on the thrill of the close, love building long-term partnerships, and want real earning power with real impact. In this role, you will take ownership of your territory, develop smart sales strategies, and play a critical role in expanding our national footprint. You won't just manage accounts - you'll open doors, create opportunities, and help shape the future of S&K.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in the field services industry
  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
  • Experience with CRMs (Smart Service a plus)
  • Strong pipeline management and sales strategy skills
  • Tech-savvy mindset and data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivation, discipline, and competitive drive
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if needed
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your territory
  • Residence in-or willingness to relocate to the Milwaukee or Madison, WI area - this role will serve both locations

Responsibilities

  • Generate and close new business through door-to-door outreach, cold calls, presentations, and networking
  • Build creative, "out-of-the-box" sales strategies - and measure what works
  • Qualify leads, manage the pipeline, and close deals that move the needle
  • Build strong, lasting relationships by understanding client goals and needs
  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
  • Research accounts, follow up on leads, and keep opportunities moving
  • Attend sales meetings, events, and trainings to stay ahead of the curve
  • Track performance and provide insights using sales and financial data
  • Grow and maintain a strong client base within your assigned territory
