ThirdChannel is hiring an Account Manager to serve as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for our brand and retail clients. This role requires a curious, data-savvy operator who pairs deep client empathy with sharp commercial instincts. The Account Manager will translate business goals into program plans, surface insights from field data, and turn renewals into expansion opportunities. The role owns the full client lifecycle post-sale, including onboarding, adoption, business reviews, renewals, and growth. The Account Manager will work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure ThirdChannel's technology platform and field workforce deliver measurable ROI for every account. Success is defined by high retention, strong client satisfaction, on-budget program execution, and a clear track record of growing accounts year over year.
