Account Manager

STAN AI•Toronto, IA
•CA$100,000 - CA$130,000

About The Position

STAN is hiring an Account Manager to serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of property management companies already using its AI solutions. This is a relationship and retention role, not a sales position: the Account Manager has no upsell or expansion quota and focuses on keeping customers supported, satisfied, and getting value from STAN over the long term. The role includes managing customer relationships and questions, running regular check-ins, helping customers use existing features, monitoring account health, managing renewals and account records, collecting product feedback, and coordinating with internal teams. The listed salary is CAD 100,000–130,000 per year.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, client services, or customer support; B2B SaaS experience is preferred.

  • Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups reliably.

  • Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in PropTech, property management, real estate, or HOA/condo software.
  • Familiarity with property management platforms such as Vantaca, CINC, Buildium, or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of property management companies, community managers, and HOA/condo boards.

  • Run regular check-ins to confirm STAN is working well and customers feel supported.
  • Help customers get value from features they already have through walkthroughs, tips, and refresher training.
  • Track account health, flag risks early, and work with Support, Customer Success, and Product to keep customers on track.
  • Manage account renewals and maintain accurate contracts, contact information, and billing details.
  • Keep account notes, activity, and customer communications up to date in the CRM.
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with Product and Engineering.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success when customers are ready for a larger conversation, handing them off rather than selling.

  • Extra PTO during occasional US holidays.
  • Company events, an in-office restaurant, and building-wide perks.
