About The Position

Wallace Finance is seeking a friendly, outgoing Account Manager to provide customer service and sales support in its small consumer loan business. Wallace Management Company manages more than 125 branches across seven states and has operated in the small consumer loan business since 1980. The role assists customers in person and over the phone, supports loan applications and payments, maintains customer relationships, and works with management to maintain branch standards and grow the business. Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quick, friendly customer service in person or over the phone, answer questions, and take and post loan payments.
• Prepare loan documents and manage the loan application process.
• Create and maintain positive customer relationships and keep customers informed about their loan status.
• Contact customers with overdue payments to help them get back on track.
• Partner with management to maintain branch operating standards and grow the business.
