You will act as a trusted liaison, managing sensitive medical records and ensuring accurate, timely communication with clients. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a professional setting
  • General proficiency with Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and web-based platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent attendance, punctuality, and accountability
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers whose first language is English.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Provide bi-weekly status updates and proactive outreach on open cases
  • Respond to client inquiries within the same business day, resolving issues promptly and accurately
  • Verify and process medical records in compliance with HIPAA and all legal standards
  • Collaborate with legal and medical offices to gather and communicate essential case information
  • Troubleshoot client concerns and document outcomes to ensure first-contact resolution
  • Safeguard confidential client information and escalate critical feedback to leadership
  • Support internal staff with accurate, up-to-date record management
