About The Position

At DataEQ, we transform unstructured customer and public feedback into powerful, actionable insights. By combining cutting-edge AI with our unique human data labeling platform, we help some of South Africa’s leading companies - including top banks, retailers, and insurers - enhance customer experiences, manage risk, and optimize digital services. Our innovative solutions are driving real impact across industries that matter. When you join DataEQ, you become part of a dynamic and diverse team of over talented professionals, including data scientists, analysts, product specialists and creative problem-solvers. We’re committed to fostering a collaborative, supportive environment where fresh ideas thrive and your work directly influences how major brands understand and engage with their customers. If you're passionate about building strong client relationships, improving customer journeys, and shaping how clients engage with technology, DataEQ is the place for you. We’re looking for an Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of clients and make sure they get real, measurable value from DataEQ’s data and platforms. This is a mid-level client service role at the heart of our Core business. You will manage day-to-day client relationships, drive renewals and organic growth across your portfolio, and act as the bridge between your clients and our product and consulting teams. You will build deep familiarity with our platforms, Analyse and Engage, and with how our data is collected, processed, and turned into insight, so that you can guide clients towards the answers that matter most to their business. This is an ideal role for someone who is commercially curious, well organised, and energised by building trusted client relationships, with a clear path of progression towards Senior Account Manager and beyond.
