The Account Manager (AM) owns execution of customer programs across the full quote-to-cash lifecycle for assigned accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact and customer advocate while driving internal coordination to ensure on-time delivery, margin performance, and overall customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on, operations-focused role within a fast-paced contract manufacturing environment. The Account Manager operates with a high level of ownership and accountability, partnering closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Sourcing, Accounting, and Customer Experience to successfully execute both new and existing programs.
