About The Position

Apogee Global RMS is looking for a performance-driven Account Manager with deep experience managing clients and partnering closely with recruiting teams across the North America region. You will own client relationships end-to-end, oversee delivery quality, and ensure seamless coordination with recruiters to drive successful placements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a commission-based environment, communicates with executive presence, and understands the dynamics of candidate placement and talent operations.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in client management within staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition
  • Hands-on experience overseeing candidate placements and coordinating with recruiter teams
  • Strong understanding of North America hiring practices, client expectations, and delivery models
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with urgency and precision
  • Strong communication and executive-presence skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated by performance and earnings
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts across North America
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, updates, and escalations
  • Partner closely with a team of recruiters to ensure timely, high-quality candidate submissions
  • Oversee the full placement lifecycle and ensure client satisfaction
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
  • Track pipeline activity, revenue progress, and delivery performance
  • Maintain strong communication and follow-through with decision-makers
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets tied to commission structure
