Requirements
- Proven experience in the foodservice industry, managing distributors and/or large key accounts
- Established customer relationships within NSW foodservice channels
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing pricing, budgets and trade spend
- Confident negotiator with strong planning, stakeholder management and decision-making skills
- Collaborative, self-driven and comfortable working autonomously in a senior field-based role

Responsibilities
- Own and grow key foodservice distributor and end-user relationships across NSW, with a strong focus on Sydney Metro
- Deliver volume, revenue, distribution and margin targets across a senior territory
- Develop and execute customer and distributor business plans aligned to State and National strategies
- Manage pricing, promotions, contracts and trade spend while identifying growth opportunities and managing risk
- Analyse market trends and account performance, contributing to forecasting, S&OP and NPD activity
