About The Position
Wallace Finance is seeking a friendly, outgoing Account Manager to provide outstanding customer service and sales experiences. Wallace Management Company manages small loan companies with more than 125 branches across seven states and has operated in the small consumer loan business since 1980. The position may require occasional travel.
Responsibilities
- Provide quick, friendly customer service in person or by phone, answer questions, and take and post loan payments.
- Prepare loan documents and manage the application process.
- Create and maintain positive customer relationships and keep customers informed about their loan status.
- Contact customers to help them address overdue payments.
- Partner with management to maintain branch operating standards and grow the business.
