This role involves servicing and renewing customer accounts for Church Mutual within an assigned territory. The Account Manager will conduct on-site visits to inspect, field underwrite, evaluate exposures, and present renewal and service information to customers. A key aspect of the role is providing risk management advice and identifying opportunities to round out customer accounts with appropriate supplemental coverage. The position also requires investigating and responding to customer inquiries, maintaining a customer database, and processing automated insurance transactions.
