Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Electrical Engineering or Business with equivalent technical sales experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional technical sales experience
  • Strong understanding of key account development and strategic selling skills
  • 5+ years or more of experience supporting large, complex accounts with proven success calling on a wide range of customer contacts from working-level engineers and procurement with general understanding of Semiconductor Manufacturing or industry experience in Semiconductors
  • Expected to "own" the relationship at the design engineering level
  • Team player with a creative approach to solving difficult challenges, positive attitude
  • Ability to recognize customer needs and utilize resources to achieve strategic goals resulting in revenue growth

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for driving revenue and design win growth at one of Infineon’s most important strategic customers.
  • Generate leads and new business opportunities for assigned customers
  • Develop, document, and execute a comprehensive customer strategy
  • Communicate and drive the strategy with global extended team members and key stakeholders to achieve assigned targets.
  • Stay current on Infineon’s product offerings
  • Develop relationships with a global team of stakeholders across Infineon product groups, service organizations, and headquarters; Actively network with internal and external stakeholders to achieve assigned targets utilizing the strategic plan
  • Understand customer systems and requirements to enable Infineon system solutions and develop value propositions to meet customer needs
  • Grow and strengthen customer relationships including but not limited to engineering, procurement, operations, program management, quality, etc.
  • Maintain opportunity tracking and accurate forecasting for each assigned account
  • Assist and drive contract negotiations, pricing, and overall business relationship
