Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years in a similar role with experience in a related industry which includes PBM, pharmacy consulting, or pharmacy,
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of Employee Benefits insurance with an ability to read, analyze and interpret industry policies and contract documents.
  • Knowledge of systems: MS Office; Word, Dynamics, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to use logical methods to address problems and develop effective solutions ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Must have advanced attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with self-insured employer groups and TPAs is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong broker and client relationships by consistently delivering on client requirements in a timely fashion.
  • Manage daily client support activities and resolution of routine to complex client issues and requests.
  • Provide timely and accurate answers to escalated member issues/inquiries from internal and external sources.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client needs and requests and coordinate all interaction for plan updates and changes.
  • Set up and timely and accurately deliver monthly Executive Summary reports to brokers and clients.
  • Coordinate all aspects for open enrollment and health fair meetings including gathering materials, facilitating printing and shipping with the Marketing Department, and attending events as needed.
  • Documenting all client information accurately in the CRM system for assigned book of business.
  • Understand, document, and communicate clients’ technical and service specifications across the organization.
  • Participate in assigned client implementations.
  • Support new product and business implementations.
  • Use judgement on when to escalate client issues and concerns to Senior Leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.
