As an Account Manager, you'll serve as the primary client contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery, contract renewals, and account growth for HVAC, plumbing, and controls solutions. Build long-term partnerships by addressing needs, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying upsell opportunities to enhance facility efficiency and sustainability. Requirements

  • 4+ years in account management or client services for mechanical/HVAC services; strong retention/growth record.
  • Account management, CRM tools, client communication.
  • Upsell strategies, contract administration, problem resolution.
  • Industry knowledge, reporting, relationship building.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned accounts, including contract renewals, service delivery oversight, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, gather feedback, and propose enhancements.
  • Negotiate and prepare Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PSAs)
  • Coordinate with service, operations, and technical teams to fulfill client commitments.
  • Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities for additional services or retrofits.
  • Prepare account reports, forecasts, and renewal strategies.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Contribute to sales support on expansions or new opportunities.
