About The Position
American Lumper Services is a nationwide labor management company specializing in warehouse environments and efficiency optimization. We are looking for an account manager to support our growing hourly operation team. This role offers significant freedom, with a schedule based on business needs rather than a strict time clock, though it rarely exceeds 40 hours per week. We need someone who can adapt to change, take initiative to solve problems, produce results, and is self-driven, self-motivated, and self-directed, while also being able to follow direction and company policies. A positive, teachable attitude and attention to detail are essential. The role requires managing multiple needs simultaneously, prioritizing, and effective time management. Clear and frequent communication is critical, and some travel is involved.
