The Account & Traffic team is the engine that helps a creative organization run at its best. We connect people, priorities, and processes to ensure great ideas become reality. Through strategic planning, resource management, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, we create the foundation that enables creative teams to do their best work. It's a role for people who love bringing order to complexity, influencing outcomes, and making a meaningful impact across the business every day. Joining Account & Traffic offers a unique opportunity to gain visibility across the entire creative organization. You collaborate with leaders, creatives, merchants, production partners, and cross-functional teams, developing a broad understanding of the business while influencing some of its most important work. Every day brings a new challenge, whether it's solving capacity constraints, building project strategies, balancing resources, or helping teams navigate change. The Account Manager serves as operations and project management support to Greetings and Packaged Expressions creative work. This role is responsible for guiding initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring creative resources are aligned to business priorities, timelines are achievable, and work is executed efficiently and effectively. In addition to strategic account management responsibilities, this role provides hands-on traffic management and daily workflow coordination for the teams it supports. As an Account Manager, you will serve as the central connection point between business partners and creative teams, helping transform business strategies into actionable creative plans. You will partner closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Creative Planners, Editors, Designers, Merchants, and cross-functional business leaders to prioritize work, balance resources, solve complex challenges, and ensure high-quality execution across a large portfolio of programs. Success in this role requires strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to influence decisions, navigate competing priorities, and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders. You will lead team meetings, facilitate decision-making, maintain visibility into project status and risks, and ensure teams remain focused on the work that delivers the greatest value to Hallmark and its customers. This role oversees a significant volume of creative programs across Greetings and select Packaged Expressions businesses, managing work from portfolio-level planning down to individual SKU execution. Through effective planning, prioritization, and resource management, the Account Manager plays a critical role in helping Hallmark deliver exceptional products and experiences while building the capabilities, processes, and partnerships that support future business growth.
