The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of water management services for hospitals and/or hospitality clients. This hybrid role requires travel within the Detroit, MI, metro area and remote work from home. The AM will lead project delivery, drive client retention through strong relationships and value delivery, and serve as the primary client contact. Key responsibilities include planning, technical oversight, risk management, ensuring compliance with water safety standards, training staff, quality assurance, reporting, vendor coordination, and managing contract renewals. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with knowledge of hospital operations, plumbing systems, and water safety best practices to help clients reduce waterborne pathogen risks, optimize water system performance, and implement sustainable water safety programs.
