Responsible for establishing relationships with customers, responding to service requests, and providing support to Account Managers. This role involves beginning to establish post-sales relationships with customers, following up on completed inspections, inquiring about the need for additional services, and assisting superintendents with setting up work orders. The trainee will also respond to customer service requests via phone or email, answer incoming calls, and assist account managers and the office administrator with daily tasks.
