About The Position

This role involves leading all commercial activities for assigned accounts, focusing on new customer acquisition, business development, pricing strategy, issue resolution, and service improvement to maximize customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will build strong relationships, demonstrate high emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills, and own the customer relationship with minimal supervision. The position requires the ability to quickly grasp and communicate technical product information, apply creativity and problem-solving, and remain resilient through setbacks. A competitive, goal-oriented mindset is essential for managing multiple priorities with attention to detail. The role also includes developing strategic 5-year plans for key accounts, identifying risks and actionable steps for long-term success.

Requirements

  • B.S. or B.A degree in Business Management, Engineering (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Manufacturing or equivalent).
  • Aggressive self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to details requiring minimal supervision.
  • 5 – 10 years automotive Tiers Account Management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and “hunter” mentality.
  • Ability to travel to FNST production sites and customers as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Engineering experience with automotive seals, polymers, and/or electric vehicle systems are a significant plus.
